The lovely lady above is the one & only Purrfectstorm aka Margaret Krohn who is a Game Designer for Planetside2 over at SOE. You will also have seen her on the Totalbiscuit streams from the various game shows, most recently PAX Prime.
She is running weekly Outfit Spotlights on various servers & various factions & will be hanging out with the selected Outfits who she'll be showcasing.
