Hey chaps, I'm looking to put together a new rig. It's been 4 or 5 years since my last complete build and I'm out of touch with where to buy from. If any of you could reccomend some sites to purchase from it would be most appreciated.

Someone gave me a couple of sites to look at as I also want to upgrade mine.
Overclockers and Scan are the 2 sites he recommended.

www.ebuyer.com is also pretty cheap and they have a mail depot on site so you can often order up to 10-11pm at night and still get stuff the next day.

I use all of the above + http://www.aria.co.uk/

I prefer Over Clockers UK though the best ESP there RMA people are awesome, RMA some Ram which i knew was faulty sent it in the post they recieved it, tested and replaced it within 24 hours. Dont ever rty and RMA with Aria they will have you over countless times over the years i have tried to RMA stuff to them and every time no fault found but if you want the item back it will be £20 robbing bar stewards.

I've always used Scan, for many years - have only ever had one issue with an RMA, because both them and the manufacturer couldn't replicate the weird issue I was having, but it wasn't too major an issue so not too fussed.

I've lost count of the amount of money I've spent there and, apart from the above single RMA-issue, I've never had a single issue - anything that's failed (and there's not been much) has been tested, confirmed, and replaced same-day (I prefer to go into the store rather than relying on posting).

I have always used overclockers, excellent service. The forums are pretty useful too.
Scan are new to me, thanks Dingleberry, always good to have alternatives.
